The Account Placement Form should be utilized when you desire immediate collection efforts. Keep in mind there are never any charges unless we collect your account. It is suggested that the Account Placement Form be used in situations where the debtor has:

 

 Ignored your in house collection efforts.

 Broken a number of promises.

 Sent your office a NSF Check.

 

It is further suggested that when placing a claim for Immediate Collection, you provide our company, preferably by mail, as much back-up documentation as possible in order to expedite our efforts. The following items will assist in collecting your delinquent accounts:

 

 An itemized Statement.

 All telephone numbers.

 Any additional information to help collect the debt.

Once an account is placed with PICI, you cannot continue to add interest or any other fees. Cease sending out statements and any other collection efforts. If the debtor contacts you in any way, refer them back to PICI and/or let PICI know they have contacted you.
