Yes, 100%.  All phases of our collection business are computerized.

 

Can you accept electronic/tape submission?

Yes.  We have the capability of accepting almost every type of submission possible.

 

Do you offer letter writing?

Yes.  Our Pre-Collect (Letter writing) is customized to meet your needs.

 

Do you litigate?

PICI does not litigate, however we have a highly experienced attorney, Peter S. Shek, that we refer accounts to with our clients permission.  He successfully represents hundreds of accounts.

 

Do you use a credit reporting service?

Yes, we utilize all three national credit-reporting services, Experian, Trans Union and Equifax.
